More About Our Order Process
STEP 1
Inquiry
Contact us through our Inquiry Form. We will get back to you within 2 business days. (Regular holiday is every Friday)
STEP 2
Meeting/Estimation
Our meeting basically takes place via video chat, Here we will discuss what shapes and materials you would like to use. We will make a rough estimation of unit price,sampling, and production costs.
*You will not be charged at this point.
STEP 3
Sampling
We will make samples based on the information you provide us. We will let you know the exact estimation and delivery time frame after sampling.
*You will be charged for the sample if you decide not to order.
*You are required to pay for the sample via T/T before we send you the sample products.
STEP 4
Order
This is where you decide to move forward with the order. You can choose how to pay from 2 options;
- You can pay with L/C.
- You can pay 50% via T/T in advance or later.
Sample fee will be subtracted from the whole price of the order.
STEP 5
Delivery of Production Sample
We will send a product sample From the production line.
STEP 6
Production / Inspection
We will make the product one by one with care and precision. You can use our quality inspection facility in house. Or you can ask another quality inspection facility of your choice.
STEP 7
Delivery
It will take about 3-4 weeks via sea, And about 3 days via air to deliver the products to you.
*If you pay with T/T, we'd like to ask you to pay the rest of 50% when you receive the products.
